Connect 004 - A Bond style strategy game

My team mate and I designed and prototyped a wearable game called Connect 004 based on the popular two player connection game Connect4.
The players each have a wrist watch that has a laser enclosed inside it. Photoelectric sensors are mounted on the top of the grid in order to detect when the laser has been targeted onto a particular column. An Arduino Uno was used as the microprocessor to implement this project.
The players first choose a color between red and blue and then take turns dropping colored discs from the top into a seven-column, six-row vertically suspended grid by shooting lasers at the photoelectric sensors mounted on top of each column by pointing their watch at the grid. The pieces fall straight down, occupying the next available space within the column. The objective of the game is to connect four of one's own discs of the same color next to each other vertically, horizontally, or diagonally before your opponent.

This is the prototype of the wearable watch. The watch componenets were 3D printed.
